Today’s session was about the PR event we had to plan for our zines. Suzzane showed us the Gucci Places event to give us an idea about how to go forward with it. We had to do three tasks for this session an event proposal, a press release and an invitation. I then started first making an invite for the event. I used an orange background and added a huge butterfly in the middle as my zine is called Metamorphosis. I also added the title Metamorphosis on the top of the page and then added a few details about the event in the invite. I then started writing my event proposal and I was a little confused about what and how much I should write. But I think I wrote a good proposal including all the details of my event and then I was drained and so I decided to go home and finish the press release at home. I had a very productive day overall and I think I will take the feedback of my tutors cause I’m a little uncertain about the proposal.
